At our general meeting on September 6, our guest speaker was SFC Duane Gomes. Through a partnership with the US Army and Kiwanis International, we have access to their Speaker's Bureau. This program provides a great opportunity for Kiwanis clubs to host a national or regional Army leader who can provide an insider’s military perspective. We enjoyed hearing SFC Gomes' experiences and challenges to date and how the Army's core values mirrors those of Kiwanis International.

Past CNH Foundation President Lanie Wheeler presented a $6300.00 check to the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. We toured the soon to be completed Diamond Head Tower of KMCWC.
August 11-13, 2016
Division 22 (Hawaii) had 10 delegates attend the CNH District Convention August 11-13 in Las Vegas, Nevada. We got to meet Kiwanis International President Jane Erickson! The Rockstar LTGs were retired, the Power of We LTGs were installed, John Buck was named Distinguished 2014-15 LTG.
